Go Slow Winter Yoga - Online Yoga for Real People

In Melbourne our winter hibernation has recently gone next level!

Life is challenging at the moment and whilst yoga won't fix it, it can certainly support you in regulating your nervous system and negotiating these unprecedented times.

Go Slow Winter Yoga classes are supportive and friendly and suitable for real people. These classes are designed to support you, just as you are, during our recent enforced lockdown and are suitable for those both newish to yoga as well as the more experienced practitioner.

Commit to a 5 week regular practice on either;
Monday at 7:30pm
or
Wednesday at 9:30am

Investment: Go Slow Yoga offers a payment schedule that allows you to pay at a rate that is reflective of your current financial circumstance.

The Classes:
Expect an integrated yoga class incorporating asana (yoga postures), pranayama (breathing practices), meditation and restorative yoga for deep rest.

Everything is optional, modifications and options will be given and you will have full permission to move at your own pace. Relaxation will be a focus with each class ending with the nourishing and healing practice of savasana and restorative yoga - all in the comfort of your own home.

These classes are small to allow for individual attention and are delivered to you online via Zoom. They are an alternative to fast paced one size fits all yoga classes.

Bendy and not so bendy bodies of any size are welcome.
