Hi Good Newlands Folk,
I'm ready to do some work on my home and would really appreciate advice from those who have done it before, in a typical Newlands duplex. How did you go about it - who did you employ?
Remove/replace asbestos cement sheet in eaves.
Replace guttering and install water tank.
Install a fan in kitchen 'fireplace'.
All advice would be appreciated.
