ONLINE Go Slow Yoga classes offer you the opportunity to reap the benefits of a regular yoga practice at a price point reflective of individual circumstance.
Expect yoga classes that are supportive, friendly and suitable for real people. These term time yoga classes incorporate asana (yoga postures), pranayama (breathing practices), meditation and of course restorative yoga for deep rest. Classes are small and in support of you, just as you are, as you embark on a new year of possibilities with awareness of the extra nurturing you may need.
As always everything is optional, modifications and options will be given and you will have full permission to move at your own pace.
Relaxation will be a focus with each class ending with the nourishing and healing practice of savasana and/or restorative yoga.

Monday 7:30pm – 8:45pm
8 week summer term starts Monday 1 February – 29 March, 2021

9 week summer term starts Wednesday 3 February – 31st March, 2021
