I have a Harmonium - a pedal driven pump organ - for sale - $150.00.
I have been minding it for a friend, but now neither of us have room for it, so we are looking for someone who would like one!
Easy to play, strangely relaxing and it sounds great, especially if you enjoy a good droney dirge or two!
It is heavy but could be carried by two-three strong people (I can help) ... but would be much easier on a trolley of some sort.
