Traditional Rhubarb Champagne-like drink. A wild ferment of fresh organic rhubarb from 30 year old crowns, with a splash of lemon and a tiny hint of mint.
Other new products this cycle include: frozen organic shortcrust pastry; umami spread; quince paste; slow-cooked quinces; fresh rhubarb; vegetable stock paste.
