Winter Warmer Yoga
Supportive, inclusive ONLINE yoga classes suitable for real people. Go Slow Yoga is an integrated yoga class where everything is optional, modifications and options are given and you will have full permission to move at your own pace.
During the winter term we will engage in yoga practices that warm the body and that cultivate gentle strength without depleting our winter energy stores. We'll also listen to winter's message to rest, pause and restore ourselves with the support of yoga nidra and restorative yoga.
