The house is older, a bit unkempt but super cosy. There's a lovely sense of space, lots of garden and yard space, a retreat from the outside world.
You would be sharing with one other. I'm in my mid 40's, into art and photography, galleries, food, etc. I work in the film/TV industry and studying to be a librarian. Property is situated in a quiet and lovely pocket of Preston right near the no 11 Tram, close to the intersection of Murray and Gilbert rds. Shops and stuff all easily accessible. Garage for storage, PETS welcome.
I'd prefer to live with a non-smoker. I eat most everything so that's up to you if that works.
