Free online training to become a Climate Reality Leader.
Last day or so to register to do Al Gore's Global Climate Reality Leadership Training between Oct 16th to Oct 24th and in the lead up to COP26 in Glasgow.
Understand and learn how to present Climate science and have those conversations within your families, social groups, school, church and community groups, business and work networks.
The Climate Reality Leadership Training which launched in 2008 (after an Inconvenient Truth was published) was originally done in person, however, due to COVID19, 2020 was the first online Global training with circa 20,0000 people trained last year. The 2021 global training is in a few weeks' time.
Learn climate science, presentation skills and social media skills. Amazing way to connect and collaborate to move the dial on the climate crisis and advocate for a Just Transition. Open to people from all walks of life, both young and old who wish to improve their understanding of Climate change and take action
TIme commitment - pre-reading plus
First weekend 2x 2hr sessions
First week 4 x 2 hr sessions evenings 7-9pm within the smaller groups you are allocated to (usually 12-18 people) with a CRL mentor.
Final weekend 2x 2hr sessions.
