Dehydrated Orange Slices

Grown at Wattle Bank Farm. Perfect for Cocktails, mixer drinks & iced teas. Can be used in cakes and deserts and to flavour savoury dishes. Delicious as a sugar free treat. No chemicals or pesticides used. No preservatives. 

Lemon Brûlée Tarts

Baked by Hannah from Wild Woman Whole Foods. Flakey whole wheat pastry filled with lemon and vanilla bean infused custard and a hidden dollop of lemon curd. Torched until dark, caramelised and ready to crack. Biodynamic whole wheat flour, grass fed pure cream from Bass River Dairies, pasture raised eggs from Flock Stock & Basil, organic grass fed butter from Symons Organic Dairy and local organically grown lemons.  

Butterfly Factory Monkery 

Monkery is the older sibling of Chamela, having grown a geotrichum rind around the puck of cows' milk lactic curd cheese, slowly transforming its flavour and texture into something richer and creamier as it ripens.

Made from organic Fleckvieh cows milk collected the day of milking using cultures, animal rennet and salt.
