As someone who reacts poorly to all kinds of preservatives and additives, I started seeking out natural products back when I was living in my good old stomping ground of Fitzroy.
Moved out to the steep, green hills of Dollar and it became more difficult to source such products. Yep, I made lots of curry pastes and stored them, that's an awesome thing to do, but as children were born and farm businesses were developing, I needed to handball a few things.
These freshly-made, needing-to-be refrigerated-they're-so-fresh curry pastes, nothing-added but the obvious, are ah-mazing. Welcome to the Collective, Curry Favour!
