Hi All,

FoEC had previously made note of our AGM happening this weekend - March 20th. However, we have made a Committee-based decision to defer this until November 2022. Even though we are not incorporated, we have decided to align our practice with the Incorporated Associations Act and will hold our AGM within 6-months of the end of the financial year.

There are no issues driving this other than that stated above. We can provide information to anyone who may have any concerns eg: our financial position. The new date for the AGM will be confirmed later in the year though think third Sunday as per our usual practice.

So, in lieu of the AGM we are planning to get down to some maintenance activities instead.

When: Sunday March 20, 10am-12noon.

Where: meet at Kodak Bridge (the black and white painted one off Spectrum Way)

What: Maintenance - clearing out used guards and stakes across a few sites; bring your own gloves, water and snacks. Practice COVID safe behaviours please.
