Cuvée Chocolate was founded in 2015 by pastry chef & chocolatier Deniz Karaca and his wife Kylie. Since their humble beginnings, Kylie, Deniz and their team of passionate chocolate makers dedicate themselves to make Cuvée Chocolate the Home of Australia’s most exclusive and iconic range of chocolates. Our vision — to craft stoneground, small-batch, traditionally made chocolate that is second to none in texture and taste.
Their special link to the Collective? They're also farmers in the hills of Dollar, near Colin and Sally's!
Why do we do what we do on the Collective?
To support local, organic farming communities, healthy, connected eaters and to build up resilient local food systems and by extension, local communities more broadly.
