Spring has begun to leap in gear in the paddocks...just those first steps of buds on the trees, although we KNOW that a "false Spring" using appears in early September, with a cold snap. But still! Warming weather in its way, more entertaining, more cheese platters... Why do we do what we do on the Collective? To support local, organic farming communities, healthy, connected eaters and to build up resilient local food systems and by extension, local communities more broadly.  Hint: We can't do this without you.
