About the teacher:
Nicole has been practicing yoga for almost 20 years and is a registered yoga teacher with Yoga Australia, a Certified Restorative Yoga Teacher and a trained Trauma Sensitive yoga teacher. Nicole is also a qualified Social Worker (BSW - Hons). She has a passion for offering a mindful, accessible and inclusive practice of yoga for all bodies.
