Hallo,
We are so pleased, relieved and rather excited to be back online.  It's been a while hasn't it!?It seemed we had the online version of a burst water pipe. Thanks to the amazing local team (who is also one of our Garlic Growers) who runs our web support fought and fought for it to be fixed when we could scarcely understand the issue we were having (web/tech speak is not one of our languages). How lucky we are to be supported by many talented people in our community. We also felt the love from our customer community who checked in to make sure all was alright! It's been a wild ride since we last opened and there have been some big happenings. Prom Coast Food Collective which started as a tiny once a month gathering turned SIX in April! We've seen some evolution with our systems and change of style in getting the best organic food out to our community, a pandemic and some pretty dramatic pivots to keep everything in motion. But as we know, Farmers can do anything! Our latest change is one of our Founders, Sally and her family, are selling their farm and moving across the state to start new adventures.  We send our best wishes to her for smooth transitions and thank her for all the time spent getting PCFC off the ground and through a Pandemic. Amelia (me) is still here and will continue PCFC as we get back on our feet. We are feeling refreshed after our unexpected hiatus from online and are keen to reforge those connections to our community. It sometimes feels isolating only talking to the animals or veggies in the paddocks all day so we love when our customers reach out and share a meal thats been made, request a cut or ingredient you are searching for, or just share part of your food journey with us. All of us here on the Collective are very much looking forward to sharing our farming stories with you over the next little while. With the sunshine and rain, Amelia and the farmers of the Prom Coast
