Howdy Friends and Neighbours of NECCHi, We’re excited! There is only 2 weeks to go until the Coburg Community Garden Festival and while a number of workshops have sold out, we still have some tickets available for our Unfurl Morning Walk & Eco-Inking Workshops.
As well as an amazing array of workshops and programs, we're looking forward to celebrating with our first ever Wayi Garden Festival on Sunday 3rd December from 9am - 1pm.
Brewlands will be open and serving some baked delights, so BYO keep cup! There will also be live music, market stalls and a sausage sizzle. Bring your picnic blanket and come hang out and enjoy the beautiful surrounds while picking up some amazing products from local artists, growers & makers. A Welcome to Country will take place in the garden at 10am. Head here for more information and to register. Seeking volunteers for:
the Wayi Garden Festival Thank you to all those who have already volunteered to help with the Festival on Sunday 3rd December. We are still after some folk to help with pack up from 1.30-3.00pm. If you can lend a hand, please contact Jenell via email: outreach@necchi.org and to letterbox drop Festival Postcards! We also have a number of Coburg Community Garden Festival postcards left in the Office. If you live in Coburg/surrounds we’d love for you to come and grab a bundle and letterbox drop your/your neighbouring streets + local spots (e.g. schools/shops) to help get word out. Drop into the Office at Newlands or East Coburg to pick up a bundle… we'd love for them to be distributed by Friday 24th November!
