Hi FoEC'ers and Friends,
I hope this email finds you well.
FoEC will conduct our Annual General Meeting this Sunday 19th November at 9.30AM. The meeting will take place on the creek at the Livingstone Street easement site, west bank of the creek.
As per our constitution, our elected positions are vacated annually and all positions (President, Secretary, and Treasurer [currently vacant]) are open for nominations.
Our appointed positions will also be confirmed at the AGM.
If you are interested in any positions and have skills that you can offer to FoEC please let us know!
From 10.00AM we then roll into a maintenance activity at the site of the meeting. There are plenty of guards and stakes to collect at this site, potentially a hand weed opportunity as well.
Forecast is grand, 22 degrees, and partly cloudy!
Don't forget all your essentials with PPE, water, food, a hat & sunscreen on your inventory. We've got the tools!
