I am looking for accommodation (a spare room or a rental unit/granny flat/share accommodation or house sitting) from the end of May until the end of September for a responsible PHD student from Melbourne University who needs temporary accommodation before he goes to the UK to continue with his research.
He is easy-going, neat and tidy, non-smoker, no pets, and will commute to Carlton most days.
