Hello Folks,
The third Sunday of September is almost here and that means that the Friends of Merri Creek @ Edgars Creek is planting this Sunday.
As per our calendar of events:
Sunday 15 September 2024, 1:00pm - 3.00pm (“Christmas Party”)
Planting: Shrub and grassland extension along the M9 easement area (west side of the creek). Hosted by the FoMC @ Edgars Creek, Funded by the FoMC @ Edgars Creek.
Meet at the west end of the Ronald Street footbridge, Ronald Street, North Coburg.
We hope to see you on the Creek this Sunday as we undertake the last planting activity of the year - maintenance events to follow in October and November.
This is traditionally our Christmas in September so please bring along some beverages and food for yourself and join us in a celebration of doing great work on Edgars Creek.
As usual, Ben and I will be on the creek a bit earlier than the designated time of 1PM so please contact to let me know if earlier is better for you.
