We are a family of three looking for accomodation from mid-December 2024 until August/September 2025 in the Newlands/Preston/Coburg area. Our lease is ending and the family who own the lovely house we’re in are moving home, while the townhouse we have put a deposit on isn’t quite finished. We’re looking for 2 bedrooms or more, we’re happy to take over a lease and move in with our furniture, or house-sit and put our things in storage. We’re quiet and responsible and come with excellent references. Our daughter attends Newlands Primary School so we’d love something within walking distance, if possible.
