Yoga in Real Life Bali Retreat.

Yoga is more than a physical practice that begins and ends on an expensive yoga mat.

It is a way of life.

This 6 night retreat is an opportunity to physically practice yoga in accessible and adaptable ways, whilst gently deepening your understanding of yoga ethics and how this philosophy relates to you and your place in the world.

You will have time and space to rest in solitude on the terrace of your private double room, or in the company of others in the lush grounds of a Balinese owned and operated guesthouse.

This is an opportunity not to be missed!
