Looking for a long-term rental in the Preston/Thornbury/Coburg areas or nearby. I’ve lived in the local community for 24 years, and have an excellent rental history. 

Seeking a 2 bedroom house/unit, preferably close to tram/train, also would like some small private garden area and off-street parking if possible.
