Together, we will walk, sit, observe, and move through this beautiful natural environment on Wurundjeri Country. Nature Therapy is a guided practice that invites participants to engage deeply with the natural world through a series of sensory and creative experiences. Over six weeks, participants will experience the creek in different ways, with each session uniquely shaped by the weather, the landscape, and the group. |
