Take a walk on the wild side this Guling season Nature is your Therapist: An Interactive talk with Carolyn Shurey Carolyn Shurey shares the benefits of walking in nature as an ongoing preventative health practice, highlighting the positive impact it can have on our physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing. This is a free event. Thursday 6 August 7pm - 8pm NECCHi Newlands Nature Therapy Walk: Edgar’s Creek Join Carolyn Shurey for a walks along the creek; slow down, reconnect and immerse yourself in our local, natural environment. Mondays - 10am NECCHi Newlands Book Drumroll please… Sabina! Sabina has been appointed as the new Garden Coordinator and we couldn’t be more excited! She brings with her over ten years experience in horticulture, community gardens and public housing and has already hit the ground running - pruning, weeding, mulching and meeting lots of your lovely faces!
