Hey there! My family and I have got the opportunity to travel/work overseas from April 23 to October 7. We are currently looking for the right people, who are friendly, trustful and seeking accommodation for 5 ½ to 6 months until we return. The house is split in half with two quite and friendly tenants living at the rear of property.
The house has got one sizably bedroom (3.9mx 3.7m), a living room / potential second bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, ducted heating and cooling, off street parking,.....
Your end of the house is totally separate from the other tenants, so you will have your own privacy.
There is a very big yard so you could even grow your own veggies,…..
The rent is $1021 a month/$232 p/w (bond is the same $1021). Gas, water and electricity bills are split down the middle with the other tenants.
