Meditation and Mindfulness

Come on a Journey of discovery into you.  Rachael offers unique meditations, inspired by nature, drawn from personal experience and understanding of the  different ways we communicate to ourselves (including thought, images, emotion, sensation and movement).

Each session with Rachael will take you on a journey of self exploration and discovery.  The session structure usually includes a pause or mini meditation on the senses and checking in with everyone. 

There are then two more meditations, the first is usually a practice, for example a breath meditation and the second includes a deep body relaxation followed by an exploration based on the theme for the session and course.
