Recommendation

Untitled-2

Dear Prestonians and Coburghers,

Last night I purchased delicious and cheap Indian take-away food from Chef Vincent.  It was so yummy (and so cheap) that I have to tell you about it.

Chef Vincent is that funny little low-rent place on Cramer Street, near the corner of High Street, across from Westpac, that used to be Ganesha Villa.

I bought 2 large curries (butter chicken, lentil & pumpkin dahl), rice and a samosa for $12.50. Monsieur Vincent also threw in a large container of spiced potato and cauliflower.

Two of us ate it for dinner last night and I’ve just finished the leftovers for lunch.

I reckon this is a local business that deserves support.  Apparently most of his business is catering for the Indian community, so it’s a bit random what’s in the take-away shopfront.

You’re welcome.
