I’m looking for a house to buy in the Newlands area and sooooooooooooooooooo sick of dealing with dodgy real estate agents. If you are thinking of selling your house (2 or 3 bedrooms) and would also like to avoid dealing with agents I’d love to hear from you.
And thanks to the lovely lady I met today at an auction in George St who told me about this blog – if everyone in Newlands is as friendly as her and the other lovely locals there today I really hope I can find a house there.
