We are a young couple looking to buy our first home in the Newlands pocket of Coburg North. We love this area and the friendly locals. Our daughter will be attending Coburg High which is why we have our heart set on living here. We would love a house, either 2 or 3 bedrooms and are happy to renovate if necessary, but the home needs to be liveable now. We are happy to look at all land sizes and homes that are both freestanding or share a roof line/duplex. The home must already have a garage or onsite shed/workshop or space to build this.
