Speak Out | Spoken Word Event
In conjunction with the
2018 Moreland Summer Show exhibition,
The Counihan Gallery In Brunswick is seeking speakers to participate in:
SPOKEN WORD | PEACE AND THE PURSUIT OF HAPPINESS
Saturday 1 December, 2:30 pm
on the speaker’s plinth outside the gallery on Sydney Road
If you are a writer, poet, spoken word artist, rapper, singer or rabblerouser and would like to respond to the theme Peace and the Pursuit of Happiness please email a biography and indicative draft or summary of your intended piece.
Speakers of all levels of experience welcome and entry is free.
Presentations should not exceed 5 minutes.

APPLICATIONS CLOSE: Friday 23 November, 5 pm
Auslan interpreters will be provided for this event.
The gallery is accessible by wheelchair and has accessible bathrooms.
