Jewell Station – Meet 10.20am (train leaves 10.38)
Coburg Station – Meet 10.30am (train leaves 10.45)
Fawkner Station – Meet 10.35am (train leaves 10.51)
Trains on the Upfield line are infrequent because there is only a single track north of Gowrie station. That means trains can’t pass each other. The only way to improve services is to duplicate the Upfield line & increase the number of trains.
The State government has NO plans to duplicate the track for 15 years.
We can complain about the train service for 15 years OR we can make it a community issue that the politicians can’t ignore.
