Alice House (a neighbourhood house run by Olympic Adult Education) is seeking a supervisor for its Home and Garden Care team (AH HGC).
AH HGC has a small team of unemployed people working one day a week to maintain lawns and gardens in the community. AH HGC trains and supports these people to work and find work in the community.
We are seeking a community minded team leader with a gardening background, experience and interest to provide practical leadership to members of the crew to complete garden maintenance jobs allocated by the program manager. We are also wanting to expand into a social enterprise in the near future.
