Wanted

Hi, Newlanders......

2 things.......

1. I've inherited a 2 stroke lawn mower that's not running (more useful if it is), and I'm looking for someone in the community who's 2 stroke savvy willing to have a crack at getting it going. The motor's intact and it has a new spark plug. Up for a barter or $ if there's new parts involved. TBD.

 

2. I have 3 large veggie beds in my backyard rental approx 6m x 2.5m each. 2 are being used but 1 isn't so I'm wondering if there's anyone in the hood looking to grow veggies but doesn't have the space. The bed could be divided in two for a couple of enthusiasts or 1 person could use the whole plot. Too good to go to waste and how good is growing your own food!?!

The soil is excellent but the bed needs a good weed-not difficult weeds though.

There's also room to BYO compost bin.

I have side gate access and a key would be supplied so no contact involved and if 2 different people were to work the plot, we could sort out a roster and any additional safety measures.
